Network Status?

Don't recall seeing this before (The HssStore1 Public network) in between laptop and internet.  Is this the Nighthawk connection or something else?

The name is how windows active directory is naming it. 

The public/private is how you're choosing your sharing/settings in windows. 

Make a Wi-Fi network public or private in Windows (microsoft.com)

Thank you very much for your response.  It is working (but a bit slow.)  I checked the properties, and it does show as private.

What firmware is on it? 

What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

What speeds do you pay for? 

What speeds are you getting over: 

• wired:
• wireless 2.4gh:
• wireless 5ghz:

Details are key. Just saying its slow doesn't tell us much.
