Nighthawk R000

Is anyone getting this error at the top of the page - I do not have the Basic or Advance Tabs showing.  What causes this to happen?  Thank you in advance!

what router do you have? 

firmware on it? 

What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

Got a screen snip of the error?

I have a nighthawk R9000...  Ironically, the problem is non existent now.  I appreciate your questioning.  I did not have a pic.  I was focused on resolving an issue and did not know what caused me to lose access to the tabs and advanced settings.  It self resolved but have never expierienced this issue.  Thank you1

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Also try different browsers as well.
