Nighthawk R7000 - Block incoming IP address OR How to block SIP Scanners
Using a AXIS A8105-E Door station as a VOIP doorbell with Linphone SIP configured both on the AXIS unit and on a Mobil phone with Zoiper app, use to work before I updated to the new SW V1.0.9.12_1.2.23.
I can still call in to the door station from mobile phone, picture and sound works well, but the other way stopped working, AKA if you push the call button it just don’t work no more.
Have disabled the SIP ALG with no change, tried DMZ server with unit IP no change.
Tried the AXIS unit in a friend’s house, no problem. What the hell is/are changed from before, I am no expert on this so any suggestion are welcome...
If i test call with antiSIP on the AXIS unit " thetestcall@sip.antisip.com" it can call out, test call with Linphone equivalent, it don’t work.
Status on the account SIP inside the bell is "OK 200" as it should be...
Solution, changes the RTP start port from 4000 to 40000 on the Axis unit, and on the R7000 deactivate SIP ALG under NAT-filer and leave it "Open" box checked in.

Hi MagnusTh,
Can you check with the AXIS or the linphone SIP if there are settings needs to be done with the router.
