Nighthawk R7000 - Goes offline multiple times a day

Recently moved into a new house, purchased a new nighthawk R7000. Internet provider has the modem on the outside of the house in a box, connected to the router is a POE. Firmware Version V1.0.11.136_10.2.120. Internet speed 700 down and 200 up.

Throughout the day and night the router will go "offline" and all the houses devices will be disconnected from the internet. At first i thought it was an internet issue, but when it happens I have direct wired in through the modem and the internet is fine. The only fix has been to reboot the router each time it happens which is about 5-6x a day. I have the most recent firmware update. I spent several hours on the phone with Netgear team and internet provider, neither could give me a way to fix the issue. The odd thing is when the router switches to offline, through the Nighthawk app I am still able to run a internet speed test at fast speeds (with my phones cellular data turned off). It appears as though the internet is fine with the router but something is causing it to switch to "offline" randomly throughout the day. Hardwired to the router when it switches offline the internet still seems to flow through it. I have already tried hard reset, and deleted app and started again. Tried resetting POE and modem in box. I have thought about installing other previous versions of firmware to see if that solves the issue.

Any recommendations would be very much appreciated.

Re: Nighthawk R7000 - Goes offline multiple times a day

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Does the Internet LED turn AMBER when this happens on the R7000?

Has Armor, Circle or Traffic meter been enabled?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
