Orbi Possibly Stolen - Can We Get Any Reports or Data?
We own a rental property. Before we rented the property, we installed the Orbi RBR10 (main device and two satellites). Last month, we had renters in our property. They checked out today. When we arrived at the house, we immediately noticed we had no Wifi. The Orbi main router is missing from the house. We have the satellites, but not the main box. While the guests were in the house, I had been checking throughout the month as to who was using the network, the number of devices, the amount of data, etc. So, I know they were using the Wifi while they were here. But now that the device is gone, I can't see any of the reports. My property management company is asking for evidence, if the guests may have taken it. Is there any way to show they were using the Wifi while they were renting our property without me having the box? Can NetGear help me? Provide any reports? If someone did take it and they hook it up in their house, will I be able to see that on my phone or account? Can anyone offer any suggestions or assistance? Thank you!

Re: Orbi Possibly Stolen - Can We Get Any Reports or Data?
this is the community support forum. We wouldn't have access to that.
What I would recommend is filing a police report. the property management company knows who rented there as they're required to have that info. let the police take it up with them of theft from property.
And if you use a management company, there should have been a damage deposit put down. That would cover the orbi.
The management company shouldn't require proof like a video. If they're managing who's in/out of the property then if no one else rented there, that only leaves that person liable. And you know they were using the wifi/ethernet connection if you'd seen in on the app.
Should they still be bucky, I'd investigate getting a new management company as they aren't representing you.

Would the ISP know if anyone was using the Internet? Any wifi traffic would have to use that too.
