Problems loggin into extender netword

I bought a Netgear Wifi Range Extender AC750, model EX3110. I have tried setting it up with WPS and everything went fine until I had to log in from my device. I used the same password as I always use when loggin in to my wifi, but it kept saying wrong password. I tried loggin in to "netword name_2GEXT" and as I already said I just used the same password as I usually use with this wifi. What am I doing wrong? I can not set up the range extender witht the assistent becaquse i can not log in to it, it keeps saying wrong password. I am at a loss here. Please help.

    Factory reset the extender. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. 

    that should get you back to thd defaults so you can use the installation assistant
