R7800. How to change from AP Mode to Router mode
I orginally set up the R7800 in AP mode and want to turn off AP mode and use it in Router mode so I can use all the features of the new Router.
How do I make the change properly?
Is it as simple as checking ROUTER MODE in Advanced mode options (Router/AP/Bridge Mode)? It is currently in AP Mode.

What you want is extender mode. The R6850 doesn't have extender mode.
Bridge mode uses its wifi to act as a router---router bridge and then only the ethernet ports are usable.
If you can hardwire the R6850 in, then you can place it in AP (access point) mode.
