RAX120 with slow upload - big Jitter
I have a RAX120, with Comcast.
When I can perform speed tests (not always available) I get a big jitter with 0 (or nearly 0) upload speed. The signal is very intermittent and I have to restart my router every couple of days to "soft fix" the issues. After 10 min or so, the speeds go back down again.
Here is my setup:
- Modem: Nighthawk CM2000 3.1
- Comcast Plan: 1200mbps down, 40mpds up
- Firmware: V1.2.3.28
Other info:
- Modem to Router Speeds (from NightHawk App Internet Speed Test): 1398.08 Mbps down, 42.62 Mbps up.
- I don't have QOS enabled or VPN.
- I have also tried resetting the factory settings.
Please Help

Be sure to speed test and check tests results with a wired PC connected to the modem with out the router connected.
Be sure to use good quality LAN cable. CAT6 is recommended.
Test with a different wired PC to compare results.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk RAX WiFi 6 Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH router products. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
