Question

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;My Router has stopped working, the indicator lights cycle through but the wifi doesn't work - not sure what has caused it. Any suggestions for ways to diagnose of fix the fault most welcome.&nbsp;This vid shows the way the lights cycle through - it just repeats this cycle.&nbsp;https://youtu.be/iw15A3G8QFY&nbsp;cheers.

Smells to me the router auto-updated its firmware and got bricked in the process (it's why I strongly urge all to disable auto-updates).

First, try a factory reset by pressing the Reset button at the back for 10 seconds while router is powered on. Hi,&nbsp;No success with the 30-30-30 reset.&nbsp;&nbsp;I tried reinstalling the firmware as per the advice on the Netgear site, however that didn't work - there was never a point at which the power light was flashing - I tried the upload just after restarting, but it wouldn't install.&nbsp;I do plan to try it again, maybe I'll have better luck next time&nbsp;Thanks for all the help.&nbsp;&nbsp;
