Router won’t allow connection to google nest doorbell

I have a Nighthawk R6400. I cannot get a Google Nest Doorbell to communicate and send video through my router. I previously had the same model of doorbell working properly. When it broke and I installed a new one, it connects to the router and I can see it on my router page as being connected but it shows as unavailable on the google home app. I also have two google cameras that work well on this router. I have tried two new cameras with the same results. The doorbell does connect and stream video properly through my phone as a hot spot. The only factor I haven’t changed is my router.

What modem is the router connected to?

    Did you contact google?

If its connected to the router, I'd contact google. Maybe something needs to be changed with the account

It’s an Adtran fiber optic modem. I’ve got great upload and download speeds on all the devices and no issues with any other device, even the other non-doorbell google cams. I went through every option with google, and it works as it should on a hotspot. Are there any settings on the router that would allow it to connect but not allow it to let the video through?
