Warzone -- Port Forwarding for Multiple Devices

We are trying to forward ports for both our PC and PS4 to be able to play COD: Warzone. Right now, I'm only able to forward ports for the PS4 and we are able to get an open NAT, but I'm stuck on Strict for the PC. I've tried putting the PC in DMZ (I know, it's not recommended), just to try something else. Is there a way I can make both of these devices work properly or will only one be able to have port forwarding. Seems like there should be a solution available.

_How_, exactly?  Which ports?  To where?

"not able" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

If you're trying to forward some particular set of ports to multiple
destinations, then I'd guess that you're doomed, because that makes no
sense.

Seems as if there should be a better problem description, too.
