ext 3700 si connette al pc ma non ai telefoni mobili

buongiorno,

l'estensore ex3700 si connette al pc, riconoscendo la password MA non ai telefoni presenti in casa. si trovano 2Gext2 e 5Gext ma entrambi non accettano la stessa password. come mai? chi può aiutarmi? grazie

      thank you Plemans. router is connected to netgear ext and works! my personal computer connects itself to the netgear with the router password. The problem is that all mobile phones in my house (apple and android) find netgear extensions, ask to fill up the router password but don't accept as correct the router password. netgear works with PC but not with any phone mobile even if the password is the same.

      I easily used WPS to connect router and netgear, very simple. All lights of netgear are green.

        What router is it connected to? 

        Try factory resetting the extender and then install it using the installation assistant and NOT using WPS.
