Inconsistent MR60 WiFi Speeds

Hello everyone. For a while i have been noticing deteriorating speeds so recently I decided to start running speed test and what i found was scary. So for my Router I have a Netgear CM1150V (I have Comcast/Xfinity as my ISP). For my router I have the Netgear MR60 and 2 satellites (MS60). Now I pay for 1G download and on the Netgear App it does show that the Main Modem (MR60) it gets like 960 down and 24up. (attached is the picture of the layout, STAR is where the MAIN modem is at MR60 (1st floor), the Red X is where one of the MS60 is at (1st floor), and the purple Check is where the 2nd MS60 is at (Basement). I installed Wifi Analyzer (Android) to see if maybe it was a channel setting issue. Below is what i found.

So my laptop connect DIRECTLY to the MR60 I got 95 Down // Laptop next to MR60 on WiFi I got 565 Down (5Ghz Channel 48) When scanned with Analyzer app it shed that a bad channel (1 red star) and channel 149 and others showed up as 5 green stars, so I swapped channels and after doing so Wifi on Laptop next to modem went to 573 (not much of a difference BUT i want to note that after a while it now shows that Channel 149 is BAD (1 red star) and now channel 48 is in 5 green stars)

Laptop WiFi next to my Kitchen on 1st floor next to MS60 (Red X) I was getting 195 Down (5Ghz Channel 149)

Laptop next to Basement MS60 (Purple Check) on WiFi I was getting 247 Down (my gaming PC connected to ethernet to that basement MS60 i got 406 Down)

now on the 2nd floor which is the area of the Purple Check (but purple check is in basement, 1st floor, then 2nd floor) I an getting about 65-75 Download... it has been VERY inconsistent, I have since grabbed the basement MS60 and connected it on 2nd floor (still where purple check is but now on 2nd floor) and in my room i'm getting 92 Download. I have swapped Ethernet cables between modem and router (despite MR60 showing its receiving 900+ Down from Modem

WiFi speeds vary. The home is about 4900 Sqft and built in 1988. I am looking to see if anyone has any ideas on what settings to Select I have tried Channel 161,149, and 48 with still random inconsistent speeds. Do you think the MR60 may have gone bad? settings? any insight would be greatly appreciated (has latest firmware V1.1.7.134 on MR60 and both MS60) Hardware warrant expired Jan 2022. Thank you

What speeds do you see when directly connected to the CM modem? With out the MR router connected?
Your only getting 95Mbps when ethernet connected to the MR?&nbsp;

What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Most speeds seen at the MS will not be near 900Mbps. Building materials and distances will be a factor here. Especially wirelessly connected MS. Ethernet, you'd see better speeds.&nbsp;

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Your only getting 95Mbps when ethernet connected to the MR? - Yes

What speeds do you see when directly connected to the CM modem? With out the MR router connected? For some reason since I'm using an ethernet to USB adapter to laptop it doesn't seem to register anything BUT when i run the Netgear App states that the MR unit is getting that (just did it again now its says 638.38 Download and 23.88 Up with 14ms ping)

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)️? From Main one in the center of the home to one in kitchen about 30-40 feet . from Main MR to MS on 2nd floor about 30-40ft.

Most speeds seen at the MS will not be near 900Mbps. (I understand that but i would hope to be getting ATLEAST 300 near these devices)

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? We live in farmland with very spacious areas and I only see 1 other WiFi from neighbor (weak signal) thats about it.

Please also try a speed test using Ooklas installable speed test app on the Laptop.&nbsp;

You have lots of correctables and un-correctables that should be mostly zeros.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.&nbsp;Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.&nbsp;Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.&nbsp;Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections.
