MR60

TRANSLATION : The internet connection was interrupted when starting/updating the MR60. Now the LED continues to flash white. Removing the power supply and reconnecting it did not solve the problem. Pressing the reset button at the back for 7 seconds and restarting did not solve the problem. I cannot connect to the router to manually restore the firmware. Who can help me

There is more severe, recovery reset, that you could try:

    • Press reset for 30 seconds
    • Keep pressing reset while removing power
    • Keep pressing reset for another 30 seconds while apply power

If that fails, you are into TFTP country.

This isn't the easiest operation, so if you are forced to use it, you could try a web search to find videos that guide you through the process.

    Any progress on this?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
