Nighthawk MR70 LAN supplies two different addresses to attached devices

Nighthawk MR73  Firmware Version V1.0.3.34_2.0.58.

My LAN is set to assign ip addresses from 192.168.1.20 to 192.168.1.254.

Using DHCP most attached devices are in that range, but some devices are assigned an address in the range of 192.168.107.xx and thus not able to connect to the internet.

I have been able to bypass the problem by using a fixed ip address for an attached device or a wired connection, but I have never experienced such a problem. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    Freaky.

What modem/router/ONT sits between the MR70 and the Internet?

Any pattern to the devices that got the odd address?

Was it just one advice that needed a fixed (or was it reserved) IP address?
