Nighthawk Mesh blocking device IPs?
I have a setup that looks like this:
T-Mobile -->Firewalla firewall --> Nighthawk Mesh -->IoT, ipad, phone, etc.
I used to be able to get a notification on my firewall when someone was gaming on my wireless setup. Now all I get is a notification that MR60 is playing games. I.e., I can't tell if it's me or if it's somebody else scarfing up my bandwidth.
T-mobile Gateway and DNS is at 192.168.12.1 It's using DHCPv6.
Firewalla has two LANs set up, one for 5ghz and one for 2.4Ghz
On both LANs, the settings are like this:
DHCPv4 server is on.
DHCPv6 server is on and stateless.
IPv6 Delegation is automatic thru t-mobile
mDNS relay is on.
Source NAT is on.
NAT passthru is off. It has options to passthru PPTP, L2TP, IPSec, H323, and SIP.
Source networks are 192.168.11.1 and 192.168.21.1 (the two lans).
Netgear Router Settings are like this:
IP: 192.168.21.126
GW: 192.168.21.1
DNS: 192.168.21.1
Type: DHCP
Netgear Router Info page says the IP address is 192.168.1.1
I'm certain I'm just missing a setting somewhere, but I can't figure it out. It used to work, then I moved a wire and everything went all to pieces. Had to reset to factory defaults and start over. I have Mesh working for the ipad and the thermostat so far. But as I mentioned, Firewalla has no idea what lives beyond the MR60. Any tips will be much appreciated.

Try the MR router in AP mode?

I would certainly do that if those instructions matched my Netgear Nighthawk Mesh router. But they don't. And so far I haven't been able to find them or I would have set it to AP mode already.

Which model MESH system do you have?
Those instructions work for most NG routers...

On the bottom of the router it says it's a Nighthawk Mesh WiFi 6 Router MR60. Didn't have time to troubleshoot last night, but looks like I'm going to need to factory reset again. I couldn't logon to the router or the mesh system, even though I had all blue lights on the router and satellite. 😞
