Log into the first router and look at the list of attached devices. The IP address of your second router will be listed. Use that IP address to log into the second router.

Have you tried running through the setup? Can you tell if the extender is still communicating with the base-station?

Same thing just happened to me. How do I know if it is communiting with the Base-station

In this particular case I suspect that the extender might not be communicating with the base station, so accessing the extender admin pages as described in the manual should allow you to check the connection status.
