Installed correctly and get a WiFi signal. However the pick a plug light goes from green to off every 3-5 min or so. Help.

Powerline devices are sensitive to interference. These include cell phone chargers, surge protectors, arc fault circuits, gfci circuits, high draw motors. I've seen where a motor going bad on a refridgerator caused enough interference that powerline connections would drop.
Here's how I'd start.
1. move the powerline devices to the same circuit for testing. If they're on the same circuit and they work, its usually not a problem of the powerline.
2. If that works fine, move them to a different circuit and see if they still work. A circuit that still close. Then start seperating them, to see at which point they fail.
3. Look for any devices that are kicking on when the powerline dies. they might be going bad or just have a poor setup thats causing interference.
4. Unplug devices. Does the service stay up? If so, start plugging devices back in and see which one causes it to fail.
5. Post in the correct forum for powerline. You'll get more help :)
