2.4 GHz Authentican Problem

I recently began receiving "authentican errors" when attempting to connect to the 2.4 GHz band on my router from various devices.  All credentials are entered correctly.  There is no internet access availabel on this band.  When I attempt to troubleshoot through the Nighthawk app while connected to the 2.4 band, I am asked to enter my router login credentials.  When I do this, I either get a "timeout" error or I am informed my credentials are incorrect (which is not true - they are entered correctly).  I just did a factory reset and updated to the latest firmware (v1.0.2.78), and the issue persists.

Any help?

try installing version 1.0.2.68 of the firmware. then factory reset and reinstall it. disable auto-updates and see how it works.

I've seen a couple posts with issues on the latest firmware.

Thanks plemans.  After some more troubleshooting, I think I've traced the source of the issue to outdated firmware on my AC2200 extender.  As soon as I took the extender offline, the authentication issues ceased.  Now just to update that firmware...
