5g wifi but no internet

I have a tri-band R8300 router. Out of nowhere my 5g will connect to the wifi but no internet. I have tried rebooting the router. Unplugging and plugging it in after ten minutes. I went on my phone forgot the network and reconnected. And I updated the router. The only thing that is red on my router is the 3 slot.
In case anyone ask I have a SB8200 modem.

    Which one is that? The only LEDs on the front that do "red" (amber) are power and Internet. If either of those is amber, you have a problem. A dead router or no Internet.

     

    What about the 5 GHz wifi LED?

     

    Tried pressing the wifi LED button?

    Is anything else plugged into the sb8200? it has more than 1 ethernet port but the vast majority of isp's only allow 1 device to be connected to it.
