Can the Nighthawk X6 r7900 be configured to VPN and route traffic to another network over the WAN?

I know you can VPN into the local network through the router.  But can the Nighthawk X6 r7900 be configured to VPN and route traffic to another network over the WAN?

    Hi compwolf,

     

    Yes that is correct. The router can be VPN passthrough but not as a client. You may need to have client software on your devices connected to the router.

    The devices can be configured as VPN server but connect be use as a VPN client.

      To be clear, are you saying that the R7900 cannot act as a VPN client and connect to another VPN server?
