Does my Nighthawk R7000P Do well with cat6?

Hello everyone.

 

I just need an answer: does a Nighthawk R7999P Model AC2300 do well using a cat6 configuration?

       No, you also need a meaningful question.

       Define "do well" and "a cat6 configuration"?

     

       Can you use Cat 6 Ethernet cable with an R7000P and get gigabit/s
    speeds?  Sure.  Or Cat 5e.  Or other, higher categories.  Or, for lower
    speeds, lower categories.

    Yes.

     

    But as your question doesn't make much sense, if you want useful answers it would be a good idea to explain why you are asking it.

     

    As far as I can see, there is no such thing as the R7999P. Maybe you mean R7000P.
