How to file a complaint about support

After over 9 months waiting on netgear support to come back on the failure of the nighthhawk router and finally being referred to customer support my case was wrongly closed and now I have no other way of raising this issue. How can I register a complaint about the support offered as it was unacceptable?

    Not much else anyone here can do.

     

    You should know that this community is essentially a user-to-user venue with some input from a small band of Netgear techies.

     

    Most of the answers come from fellow users who have no connection with Netgear. They just have a lot of collective experience and are familiar with the sort of problems that turn up here.

     

    Of course, you could try to use this place to fix whatever went wrong with your RAX120. If you want to do that try the correct section for your hardware:

        Thanks to those who reponded, I was not aware that this was not moderated by Netgear themselves.

         

        I have since managed to find a way to respond to the closed case, hopefully I will get some improvement.
