Does Netgear have MoCA adapters that are compatible with CenturyLink C4000 router?

I'm not aware of any newer version for moca adapters for netgear.

I would like to use existing (typical in wall ) coaxial cable, with MoCA adapters, and then to connect with ethernet "ends" into Centurylink C4000XG and TV/Roku on other end.
Question: does Netgear sell adapters, connectors for this purpose?

Ok.

All my search found was the old/obsolete (MoCA 1.1) model cited
above. A quick Web search for terms like, say, "MoCA adapter" should
find newer/better stuff from other vendors. (And, from Netgear, if they
still offered any.)

So far as I know, the only Netgear MoCA adapter is old/obsolete (MoCA
1.1) , but what you mean by "compatible" is not clear.https://www.netgear.com/support/product/MCA1001v2.aspx
Are you offering any clues as to the actual problem which you are
trying to solve?
