Net gear Genie ‘next’ button won’t let me proceed
This is a silly question:
I’m installing my extender and have reached the part where I am supposed to chose my wifi to connect to.
Even though I select the appropriate one, I cannot proceed with the process because the ‘next’ button is grayed out. What am I doing wrong?

You refer to the genie. This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac program for a PC, or a mobile Android/iThing app. Netgear labels them all as genies. Which are you using?
