&nbsp;Don't recall seeing this before (The HssStore1 Public network) in between laptop and internet.&nbsp; Is this the Nighthawk connection or something else?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;

The name is how windows active directory is naming it.&nbsp;
The public/private is how you're choosing your sharing/settings in windows.&nbsp;
Make a Wi-Fi network public or private in Windows (microsoft.com)

Thank you very much for your response.&nbsp; It is working (but a bit slow.)&nbsp; I checked the properties, and it does show as private.&nbsp;&nbsp;

What modem/gateway is it connected to?&nbsp;
What speeds do you pay for?&nbsp;
What speeds are you getting over:&nbsp;
