NightHawk 1750 WIFI Router has locked me out of my own network?
I log onto my computer, well I attempted to log onto my computer this morning and access the web and it tells me that I have been blocked for some strange reason. When I pull up the Genie, it shows 2 computers: One of them is Addressed as 44:6D:57:E3:31:DD and the other is addressed as 90:2B:34:2C:56:C1 and there is a gold symbol on this last computer. I have also gotten a button that indicates there are 2 computers with the same IP Address. The computer ending with C1 was online and shows as being hardwired into the system while the computer ending with DD (which is actually mine) is showing as wireless and locked out. I am currently at work and my wifi system is completely shut down as well as unplugged, along with my internet modem.
Now my computer, the DD one, is not wireless, I just run the wifi so I can run my laptops, tablets, and phones, when I want, through the wifi. None of those devices were atached this morning or even last night, for that matter. I did activate blocking on a few devices, that I wanted to stop using my network but, I did not touch my device. I noticed, on the night before, the software blocked my granddaughters laptop and I had to reset it to allowed last night. So this makes me wonder if there is a bug or a flaw in the software that needs fixing.
I would appreciate any advice or pointing in the right direction on what I need to do to get this straightened out.
Thanks,
Johnny
BTW: I did do a reset on my wif router, which is less than 3 weeks old but it made no difference.
ALSO: if my computer address shows a smiley face instead of double D's it is actually double D's and not the smiley face that I am seeing.

I would Delete Genie and preforum a factory reset press reset until Power led flashes. Use default settings found on router label.
Your post to me is confusing and starting over from scratch would be my advise.
Good Luck!

I uninstalled the software, and did a fresh install and it worked out. Sorry for the confussion. I am back into my own wifi router but having other issues, since the last update.
