Nighthawk AC1750 router Model # R6700 - Can't sign on the Nighthawk app on my iphone

I was using the Nighthawk app on my iphone until the other day when I accidently blocked my pc in the app and signed off the app and the PC.  The next day I tried to bring up my PC and it wouldn't connect me to the router.  Therefore, I tried to sign on to the NightHawk app using my admin password but it kept timing out.  I ended up  running a ethernet cable from the modem directly to my PC.  I still haven't been able to sign on to the Nighthawk app on my iphone as it keeps timing out even though I have unblock the PC by signing on to the admin on my PC and allowing it.

No, I have not performed a factory reset and setup from scratch since last FW update. I didn't know if I could get it set back up using the Nighthawk app?

      Hi FURRYe38,

I ended up changing out the router as I had given out the Serial number to the router I was having problems with and thought that information might allow the other party to get my password even though I had set up the two questions?  Otherwise, I think that your suggestion of resetting the router to the factory settings would have worked.  Thank you!
