Power light blinking, cant reset, cant get support EX6250

Power light is constantly blinking, noticed we dont get wifi where we need it anymore. Cant do a factory reset, I also cant log into the router even with the trouble shooting help. the night hawk app doesnt work either. Says cant connect to the internet but we definitely have it. I cant believe netgear dont offer any support. Getting really frustrated.

Is this a new device? (checking to see if you're within warranty or not)

You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.  

are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

Hey, yes only bought it in April so well within warranty. Do you think I should return it? I have a Mac PC but have an android so could do this from my phone right?
