R3600 Smart WiFi Router PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU SEE THIS

My wifi has been giving me terrible lag spikes every 30-60 seconds on video games.  I have tried everything possible to fix it.  We have contacted our wifi company and they can't figure it out.  Also, I cannot get into the wifi router through searching the IP address.  When I search the Netgearlogin.net, it says I am not connected to the correct wifi!  PLease HELP ME!  I have been dealing with this for over a year!  I am also providing a link to the video I recorded of the lag spikes.  Not a single person in the house was on the wifi except me!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OBAnjwhXys&feature=youtu.be  (The first pattern spike begins at 0:35)
