R7200 no wifi

Question

My unit stopped sending out a Wi-Fi signal. The Wi-Fi lights do not light up, but the wired ethernet connections do work. They want me to pay $90 for 6 months subscription, instead of sending me a new router. I can get another router from the store for less than that. Anyone else having this issue? I am within 1yr of the purchase date also!!

Have you tried pushing the wifi on/off button and holding it for 2 seconds? It wouldn't be the first time it was hit and disabled wifi.&nbsp;

I did not know there was a Wi-Fi on/off button. The tech support on the phone should have had me check that before trying to sell me a service. But the 2 white lights on the right are lit up. After walking away my phone connected.

It is a well hidden "feature" of Netgear stuff that the wifi LEDs double as switches. From reports here, cats seem to be good at turning off wifi.
