XR1000 password reset questions
I got a message trying to get into Dumos to recover my password put in the serial number. I put in the serial number, it ask for secret questions answers. I've tried all sorts of answers to those questions. They are simple, name of sister and brother. I've tried capital, no capital, etc. just won't let me pass. I've tried finding those questions on the nighthawk app, and my online account. I'm about ready to go buy a linksys. Can anyone help.

Problem with the password recovery option is that if you didn't set it up, it still asks the questions but there isn't a correct answer.
So if you're password isn't working, and the password recovery isn't working, then you'd need to factory reset to get back in

- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerAs mentioned above you'll need to do a factory reset - hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access and go through the wizard and make sure you answer the recovery questions
