cm700 t3 and t4 error codes
I have had this modem installed and operating for about 14 months. In the last few months the internet connection keeps dropping. I loged into it and I am getting T3 and T4 error codes. "no ranging response recived" and others. I called the cable provider, they ran a diagostic and said Its the modem, i have to call the mfg to have it reconfigured.
I do not see a way to communicate with netgear, unless i pay for support. Is that the case, that if this modem has issues or needs reconfigured I have to buy support?
would I just be better off upgrading. this is a DOCSIS 3.0 the provider said I should buy a 3.1.
Using Wow internet, Does any of this make sense.
How can i confirm its the modem vs an issue with incoming line. The cable company was convinced its the modem.

Re: cm700 t3 and t4 error codes
t3/t4 errors tend to be line issues.
Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs?
that helps us check the line along with WOW. They tend to say "its not our lines" even if it is.
I've even had to rent a modem from an isp before to prove it wasn't a modem. Not saying it isn't but the cm700 is a pretty solid modem.
