how to return a router to get repaired
I refuse to buy a new router. I have a R7000P. Too expensive for it to come out the box broken. how much and how do I get this thing sent it to get it fixed. And no before you start asking whats wrong and telling my how to fix it. Its broke period. its bricked and not amount of networking will fix it. I have tried everything. Id rather spend $50 or $100 to fix this one. Cause Ill tell you now I have never bought anything netgear again after this router and never will unless you all willing to fix your relationship with me.

Try the RMA/warranty process.
Start the RMA process by checking MyNetgear.

If you just bought it, return it from where you got it. That's going to be the fastest process.

That's what I thought but Crazyhuntaholic has been drip feeding details into several conversations here and this seems to be an "old" router they never worked out how to use. Too old for an RMA.
