I have been using the iSmart Keep camera for over two years now with no issues. Just a few weeks ago the camera stopped responding. I have tried resinstalling with no luck. The netgear genie says its connected and the ismart app says that installation was successful however I can't access the camera. I tried the camera on other peoples non netgear wifi routers and they work fine. Ismart tech support can't figure it out. They said to make sure i am connecting to 2.4 ghz channel which I am. They said to shut off smart connect which I have. For some reason this camera will not work with my wifi router anymore. Any ideas?

Hi azolivas,
Try to reset the router to factory default and reconfigure it manually.

Re: router and ismart keep camera
1. How do you access the camera? Is it via the web browser or via the app? APP
2. Can you see the camera under attached devices? YES
3. What is the firmware version of the router? V1.0.8.34_1.2.15
4. Try to reboot the router and change the channel of 2.4Ghz to 1,6 or 11. YES TRIED THAT. STILL NO LUCK.
