Ipv6 Lan not working

My isp uses piv6 dhcp-pd to deligate ipv6
My rax50 gets the prefix and does gateway advertisements but is not responding to autoconfig or ipv6 dhcp
Support had me factory reset and I got the same thing
Has a Yong gotten ipv6 working on rax50?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
