My router keeps dropping devices, have updated firmware version rebooted router several times. Is anyone else having this problem. Is there a fix ?

No it is dropping wired and wireless.

Which spectrum modem?Have you tried a factory reset/reinstall on the RAX (not just a reboot)? They tend to respond favorably to those after firmware changes.
