RAX200 My router keeps dropping devices

My router keeps dropping devices, have updated firmware version rebooted router several times. Is anyone else having this problem. Is there a fix ?

    Dropping hardwired device? 

    only dropping wireless devices?

    Are you using smart connect? 

    What firmware version are you actually on? 

    what modem/gateway is it connected to?

      No it is dropping wired and wireless.

      I am smart connected

      Firmware version v1.0.3.106

      Spectrum modem

        Which spectrum modem?
        Have you tried a factory reset/reinstall on the RAX (not just a reboot)? They tend to respond favorably to those after firmware changes.
