RAX35 locks up after Firmware Version V1.0.3.80_1.0.1 update
After updating to Firmware Version V1.0.3.80_1.0.1 using the router update page the router locks up and does not respond to WiFI or the Ethernet connections. Also it does not respond to pressing the buttons on the control panel. Disconnecting power is the only way to return the router to operation. I have tried doing a factory reset and reconfigure of the settings with the same result. This has occured after the 90 phone support window but it is still inside the hardware warranty but when I called for the hardware replacement Netgear requires paying for a phone support contract that costs nearly as much as the unit in order to use the hardware warranty. Seems kind of underhanded to release a firmware that breaks the device after 90 days in order to charge to return it to working order. Very frustrating! Looking for a solution to the problem, don't want to end up of having trash this unit and buy something other than Netgear that works.

Re: RAX35 locks up after Firmware Version V1.0.3.80_1.0.1 update
Hello vincem1099,
May you revert back to the previous firmware version to see if your issue persists. You may also perform a factory reset and run through the setup assistant again.
