use 'aggregate ports' 1 & 2 separately?

On my RAX120 I don't want to aggregate ports 1 and 2, and have not in the settings. So can I use ports 1 and 2 as separate LAN ports?
(If it matters, I'm already using the MultiGig port as a LAN port.)

yes you can. You don't have to use port aggregation. Its just an option.
