Can only connect via Anywhere Access
I initially set up the "primary" network (the one from the Xfinitiy cable modem) and the Orbi network with our family last name - SmithFamily and SmithFamilyOrbiMesh, respectively. I figured that was dumb and changed the names to something else, like DogNetwork and DogOrbiMesh - which was fine for the Orbi network, but not the primary. Now when I open the Orbi app, I get the initial error message that the app can't connect to the primary and am given a few options - switch WiFi networks or troubleshoot, which includes a New System Setup. I can, however, connect via Anywhere Access. So I have a few questions:
- Can the app even monitor the "primary" (DogNetwork), or is it limited to the network created by the Orbi devices? In a perfect world we would only be on the Orbi network, but there are still places in the house where the "primary" network can be better.
- Assuming the answer to #1 is "yes", do I need to do a New System Setup?
Thanks in advance!

Hi CrazyEddie,
The Orbi app monitors the Orbi's network within your home. You may need to reinstall the Orbi app if it is not connecting to your Orb router.

Re: Can only connect via Anywhere Access
Thanks Christian. It is able to access the Orbi network, just not the one behind it.
