Cant log in to Orbi app, does not recognise my password or that I am on the network after update
Hi all. At the weekend I updated the Orbi iOS app. Then I logged in and it said there was a firmware update to the sattelite. Once that happened ever since I have not been able to log on to the app, I get a warning message saying incorrect password. When I try to log in via browser I get the same issue.
I am obviously connected to the wifi right now as I can post this message.
When I go to this webpage:
https://www.netgear.com/home/services/orbilogin/
it says
Looks like you’re not connected to your Orbi’s WiFi network. Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. Try the following steps to get connected
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

The Orbi app and Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net) use different login credentials.
There was a firmware update for the RBS50 satellite, but not for the router?
