I tried for a couple of hours to connect these two and then did some digging only to find out there is a whole bunch of us with the same problem. I read when another customer used a Netgear S350 Series 8 port Gigabit smart pro switch hooked up between the starlink and the orb and it worked. So I tried it, yes it works, But don't go into "By Pass" mode with the starlink it won't work that way. But at least this way you can use the router until Netgear gets this fixed and I hope soon!

Yes thanks for letting us know. Others found as well that using a non managed LAN switch makes it work.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
