Issues connecting to certain sites with RBK852
Hi,
For the past while, I've been facing issues connecting to certain sites such as Wikipedia and Yahoo Mail through the Orbi network.
Wikipedia gives a "connection timed out" error over both Ethernet and Wi-Fi. Yahoo Mail just keeps circling and circling on Ethernet, whereas it easily loads on Wi-Fi.
The Orbi is running on AP Mode as the ISP router has no way to turn it into bridge mode.
Orbi Firmware: V4.6.14.3 on both RBR850 and RBS850
Thanks

Re: Issues connecting to certain sites with RBK852
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Is the RBR using a Dynamic or static IP address configuration for AP mode?
While in AP mode, Orbi is just passing thru data from connected devices to the host router. Would not be causing problems with web sites. I would check your host router and ISP modem for configuration issues here.
