RBR 750 / 3 RBS Satellites
Hello -
Purchased kit from Costco back in 2021. Using fidium fiber 1g symmetrical with 3 RBS 750 satellites on 5k SQF, 2 floors. I am not sure on the ONT gateway model. System has been working steady until 5 months AGO the fallowing is happening. In I loose the main wifi while hardwire devices and guest network continue to work. I have to power off the THE ONT and RBR several times and the wifi comes back. I have noticed if I log on the orbilogin.com and go to wifi setting without changing anything I just hit apply and after it comes back the issues solves for 20 days and then the cycle repeats itself. Any ideas on what could be happening ?

Re: RBR 750 / 3 RBS Satellites
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try turning OFF one RBS.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Thank you for responding FURRYe38
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
V4.6.9.11
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
DZS 2424GN GPON ONT

I Assume this is the case. ONT was placed in my garage. Ethernet runs inside the wall from garage to control room on second floor. 30 foot run +/- . Cable was installed by home builder.

There are two satellites 40 feet from router. The third unit is on outside porch in a weather enclosure . Outdoor unit support signal for back porch were we spend a significant amount of time. outdoor unit is 29 feet from one of the satellites on the outdoor area. There is glass and brick in between .

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
I have not checked by disconnecting satellites.
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
This happens with all my devices connected to main wifi, iPhones, iPad , echo dots, fire sticks all loose connectivity.
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
wireless setting general - from orbilogin.com
region- North America
2.4 GHz channel Auto (3)
2.4 GHz wireless mode - Up to 573.5 Mbps
5 GHz channel 36 + 40 + 44 + 48(p)
5 GHz wireless mode up to 1201 Mbps
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Yes one in every direction. Side neighbors are 50 feet away to each side. Front neighbor 75 feet away.
Try turning OFF one RBS.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?Yes

Just a ONT here, no built in router and wifi.

Please try this if you can get some time to check this to see if the RBR alone stops WiFi signals

There is FW past v4 that you might consider as well. Try some of the suggestions first then lets go from there.
