RBR 850 see no firware update

After i login to orbi login and i go to firmware update i got the message "No New Firmware Available' (Pressent Firmwareversie
V3.2.18.1_1.4.14)  but at the moment is the actual newest firmware 4.6.3.9 

Why can orbi not find the new firware. And how can i make i possible that it works.

Some systems are not made available for auto updates. One can manually update FW:

It's recommended if your system IS working, hold of on upgrading.

At the moment i got no problems, but now i see by udpdate a  new firware for the router and a downgrade for the sattelite ????
