RbR750 - App installation on Android not supported ?

Just would like to find ,if RBR750 app is supported on andriod 9 version ?

Do you mean the Orbi app for Android?
Routers don't "support" Android or any other operating system. They just work with them through something like a mobile device.

As michaelkenward pointed out, the Orbi "app" is available for Apple and Android (including version 9). See page 2 of the product data sheet:
