Changing ISP Ip Address Using Orbi Router
Hello,
So I am wondering if there is a way to change the ip address assigned by the ISP (which is Charter Communications) using the Orbi Router Settings? I had read this can be done by changing the MAC address of the router then rebooting it. Are there any thoughts on this? Thank you.

Re: Changing ISP Ip Address Using Orbi Router
You can't change the WAN IP address your ISP gives you. Based on a time frame and there policies, it only changes after a certain period of time that they set in there DHCP services for there customers. When this happens usually the modem would need to be rebooted, they may push a reboot or you can power it off then back on after 30 seconds.
