Does NETGEAR Orbi Pro SRS60 AC3000 work with RBK50
I have an Orbi RBK50 (router + satellite). The coverage is not so good in my house. I plan to buy an extra satellite. I live in New Zealand but RBS50 is not sold in any physical stores in New Zealand. The only AC3000 orbi satellite sold in New Zealand is Orbi SRS60. Does SRS60 work it RBK50? If I use a AC2200 satellite, e.g. RBS40, does it affect the existing wifi network?

Re: Does NETGEAR Orbi Pro SRS60 AC3000 work with RBK50
THe SRS is a pro or business unit which I believe only work with the SRR units.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
You can add a RBS40 and it will only connect to its max rate. Won't effect the reset of the system.

Re: Does NETGEAR Orbi Pro SRS60 AC3000 work with RBK50
Thanks for you reply. The size of my home is about 250 m2 (two floors in total), woden structure. The distance between router and satellite is about 10 meters (straight distance), but on different floors. The connection shall be good, it displays the blue light when syncing.
I know that RBS40 is AC2200 (867 + 867 + 400Mbps). If I use it with RBK50 (AC3000), does it lower the whole system to AC2200? Or just the area covered by RBS40?
