I set this up last april - i can't remember my password, the system does not recognize my answers to the security questions, and our wifi is not working. ugh.
i have tried every thing i can think of. i have reset. i have turned off. i have unplugged EVERYTHING, waited half an hour and plugged every thing back in. I have unplugged everything, waited half an hour, plugged it all back in and then reset.

and - ya no dice on the app - because, can't get past the awesome security.
So now - i need to now how to factory reset, so i can just start over... any one? Any one?
I feel like an idiot.. it must be something simple - but i am not the computer guru that i was 30 years ago - times and tech have evolved.
Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Press the button for 15 seconds then release. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
