Orbi R50 on latest firmware V2.2.1.210 - SUPER SLOW
Orbi with one satellite. Bought May 2017. Running firmware V2.2.1.210. Have Comcast Blast, which is super fast directly, but Orbi is only getting 1 - 4 mbps downloads. Can't even stream properly. Help! Is there a setting or something that I need to check? I have plugged and unplugged everything twice.

Re: Orbi R50 on latest firmware V2.2.1.210 - SUPER SLOW
Some additional info. A few months ago, completely on its own, my Orbi completely resetted itself. I had to re-create my network. When I did this, my main desktop which is connected by ethernet cable to the main Orbi unit could not log on with my previous custom Orbi network name, but I was able to log into it with the Orbi network name and pasword that came factory-insalled from Netgear. I then re-created the WiFI network with my custom name and password.
When I look at the Network and Internet Settings on my desktop, I see that my desktop is connected to Orbi-1. I also see that the Wi-FI options include my Orbi-Custom.
After this happened, I have been unable to log into the Orbi app. Whenever I try, it tells me: "The network connection is busy, try again later. If it fails constantly, power cycle your NETGEAR router and try again." I can login through my connected desktop on orbionline.

Re: Orbi R50 on latest firmware V2.2.1.210 - SUPER SLOW
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try disabling the following and see:
MIMO, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
If you updated to recent FW v.210, try enabling Daisy Chain. Some have mentioned that this seems to be working in reverse order, enabling means disabled actually. Hoping NG support can have a look at this. So try this out as well.
